Leading Resources, Inc.'s Privacy Policy is designed to help you ("User") understand how we collect and use the personal information you decide to share, and help you make informed decisions when using our Web Site located at gostraighttalk.com ("Web Site").
Any personal information you provide to LRI is maintained and accessible only by LRI. We will not sell or in any way divulge individual information gathered about you to third parties. That is our guarantee.
If you sign up for a free account to use one of our services (see our Terms of Use), or to take one of our surveys, we will ask you to provide your name and email address to enable us to set up a free account for you. We do not disclose any personal information about you to anyone for any purpose.
If you choose to purchase add-on services or tools from our online store, we will ask you to provide your name, email address, and credit card information. LRI uses the third party agencies Ecwid and Stripe to process payments. These third party agencies will ask for your name, email address, and credit card information in order to complete your purchase. LRI does not use or disclose this information in any way, nor does it control the manner in which third parties use this information. To get more information about how these third party agencies use or process your information, you should review their own privacy policies at the time you make the payment.
We also may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web sites. Our web sites use online forms and log-on features for customers to request information, products, and services. Customers who request information or log on may receive additional information from LRI. You can opt out of receiving these infrequent mailings at any time you choose (see below).
This site uses cookies to keep track of some information about your session, for instance your name (if you give it to us), or whether or not you are logged in. No confidential information is gathered using cookies. Finally, information stored by this site as cookies can only be read by this site.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All transactions are protected by 128-bit encryption (this includes all information obtained through surveys).
Choice/Opt-Out
Users will have the opportunity to opt in to receive future communications from the Web Site. User who opt in can update their personal information and unsubscribe (opt-out) from receiving future communications from LRI by following the instructions at the end of any e-mail.
If you are receiving unwanted communications from LRI, submit your email address and you will be removed from our mailing list. Alternatively, you may send an email to info@leadingresources.com.
Survey User Protection Policy
At Leading Resources Inc., we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality solutions possible. As part of our services, we develop and manage surveys of various types for our clients. Three examples are organizational surveys, 360 assessments, and customer satisfaction surveys. We know that the best way for us to ensure quality results is by creating an environment where people responding to our surveys feel comfortable expressing their views openly and freely. Only by protecting the security and anonymity of people’s answers can we collect the most honest and accurate survey data.
